How to purchase
- Open your company and go to Registered Agent in the sidebar.
- Choose Get Registered Agent service to open the guided purchase form.
- Confirm your company and contact details, then check out securely. Payments are processed securely.
The service is $99 for the first year and renews at $125 per year. It's an annual subscription available to every company, on any plan — including Free.
Adding a digital mailbox
During checkout you can add an optional digital mailbox for $39 per month using the toggle. The mailbox is billed monthly and can be managed separately from your registered agent subscription.
If you're forming a company with Notorio
You can also choose Notorio as your registered agent during the formation intake. In that case the service is bundled with your formation request and managed together with it — no separate purchase needed.
After purchase
Your service appears as In review while our team sets it up, and you'll see its status on the Registered Agent page. Once active, any official mail we receive is scanned and appears in your Mail inbox, and you'll be notified by email.
